AFD has a career-counseling cell that provides all information on admission details of the design related courses in India and abroad. Students could SMS "BUZZ", on AFD's Hotline "09387304652", and get details of admission notifications and admission dates on your mobile phones as text messages. Students could also sign up for the AFD Newsletter to receive newsletters related to admission details of premier design schools and news of events at AFD. AFD faculty will be available at AFD Chat Center to discuss doubts related to the courseware. Faculty will be available between 3.30pm and 5pm everyday between Monday and Friday. You could also clarify your doubts with the faculty through email at contact@afdindia.com AFD faculty will respond to your queries related to the courseware in 72 hours of receiving your email. AFD faculty gets several email everyday, as such replies will be made only, on the order in which it was received at AFD, so students are requested to be patient and wait for your turn. You will definitely get a response. All students are requested to quote your name and roll number (this is mentioned on your receipt), when making your queries through email or chat. Faculty will respond only to registered students of AFD.

Students could scan their drawings and sent for expert comments and suggestions from the esteemed AFD faculty. All students are expected to attempt all exercises at the end of each chapter of the courseware and sent them to AFD for corrections, through email, or regular post/courier. Faculty will go through your work, evaluate, and return to you with instructions on ways of improvements.

Staff from the administrative department of AFD will be available on AFD Chat Center between 10am and 3.30pm for any queries, related to admissions, enrollment, receipt of application forms, dispatch of courseware, confirmation of fee paid, vide credit cards, bank deposits & bank transfers, etc. You could also get in touch with the administrative staff of AFD on email at contact@afdindia.com . All email will be promptly replied within 48 hours. You could also get in touch with AFD on telephone, during office hours at 0481-2577452, 09895484652. AFD's office at Kottayam is open from 9.30am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday, and on Saturday we are open from 9.30am till 1pm.

To attend to you better, you should provide AFD with all dispatch details when you make the first contact. We would need your " dispatch date, from address, registration challan numbers, courier name, courier challan number, the corresponding courier office telephone number in Kottayam. The more information you provide, the earlier we would be able to sort out any problems that might arise. All registered students of AFD should provide us your roll number and receipt number.
