One of the most effective ways to prepare for your
entrance examinations is with classroom programs with
face to face feedback from NIFT or NID alumni. With
this in mind, AFD this year has initiated arrangements
to conduct classroom coaching for NIFT/NID aspirants
in several Metro cities.
We
have three courses available.

batches in October, November, December and January
The
last batch for the NIFT/NID entrance exam
has started off on November 25th. If anyone
would like to join the ongoing batch, you
could still do so. There are more seats
available for class in New Delhi, Gurgaon
and Mumbai. NIFT exams are on February 11th;
there is ample time to cover a total of
75hrs, before the exam. AFD faculties would
cover the classes you missed by taking additional
hours for you, 1hr before/after the sheduled
classes. To enroll, you need to carry with
you a filled up AFD application form with
1photo and the course fee as cheque in favour
of "Academy of Fashion &
Design" and meet our councillors,
1/2 hr before the stipulated time of the
sheduled classes at the respective venue.

All
our contact courses are intended to cover the material required
for the creative ability tests of NIFT and the design aptitude
test for NID. Theses classes are also useful for all students
who are applying to Pearl Academy, Symbiosis, Shristi and
other design schools. The basic syllabus covered by the
course is drawing lessons, creative thinking, the use and
psychology of colour, design exercises, design briefs and
career counseling.

for a 40-hour Add-on General Ability Test (GAT) Module if
they require help preparing for the GAT section of the NIFT
test. The fee for this add on module is Rs. 3000/-
