What are the dates for NIFT and NID? What about CEED?
The
dates for NID and NIFT are announced in October and November
respectively. These

We

Does your course material have exams?
Our
course material is designed to improve and test you at
intervals. Although we do not have exams as such we send
out Mock Tests to all our registered students before they
appear for the actual entrance examination.
These tests are drafted in the same pattern as the entrance
examinations and provide students with a realistic experience
of the test.
In
addition to the mock tests, the material comes with practice
questions that are to be sent to the tutors for evaluation.
5.
When will you send my materials?
All
materials are dispatched only once we have received your
completed application form and confirmation that your
payment has been cleared. We
try and send all material by courier to facilitate students’
quick access to the course. Most students receive their
course material within three days of our confirming their
application form and payment. However in certain cases
when we cannot send the material by courier we send it
by SpeedPost. This can cause a few days delay.
6.
Who are your faculty? What sort of tutorial support do
you provide?All
students are assigned personal tutors to help guide them
through the admissions and applications process. Our faculty
members are all graduates from NIFT and are experienced
with training and preparing students for the entrance
examination.
Julie
James who has written and designed the course was the
Head of Department at Assumption College, Chennganacherry
and set up the AFD in 1999. She graduated from NIFT in
1992/93
Rebecca
Jacob graduated from NIFT in 2000. She has worked with
designers like Anita Dongre and Joe Ikareth. She has been
teaching with AFD from 2003.
