Meet Kerala's serious design aspirants. Before your rivals do.
AFD India brings a curated audience of Class 11 to 12 students, repeaters and parents actively preparing for NIFT, NID, UCEED, NATA and JEE Paper 2 into one hall for one day. Nine institutes have already confirmed a booth.

Why exhibit
A pre-qualified room, not a general crowd
This isn't a school career fair where design is one table among fifty. Everyone in the hall is already preparing for a design or architecture entrance exam, the filtering is done before they walk in.
An audience that's already committed
Attendees are AFD India's own entrance-exam students and their parents, families already spending on preparation, not casually browsing options.
A full day of stage time
Panel discussions and workshops run through the day, giving your faculty visibility beyond the booth, not just foot traffic, but a platform.
Parents in the room
A dedicated parents' session means the people who influence the decision, and often fund it, hear from you directly.
Kerala's design-coaching leader as host
25+ years of trust with Kerala families lends credibility to every institute on the floor, and the AFD India name promotes the fair for weeks before it happens.
Who you'll meet
The audience profile
Geography: primarily Kochi and Ernakulam district, with attendees travelling in from across Kerala for the fair specifically.
Intent: every attendee has registered specifically for this fair, not a walk-in crowd from an unrelated event at the venue.
Decision stage: actively shortlisting institutes and exams for the current or next admission cycle, with a working portfolio in most cases.

Questions exhibitors ask
Who is actually in the audience?
AFD India's own entrance-exam students across Kerala, Class 11 and 12, repeaters, and their parents, plus students who register independently for the fair. Everyone attending is already preparing for a design or architecture entrance exam.
How is this different from a general school career fair?
There's no unrelated audience to filter through. Every attendee walked in specifically for design and architecture options, which is why institutes see higher-quality conversations per hour than at a mixed careers fair.
Can we get a stage slot instead of just a booth?
Yes, with the Booth + Stage Slot package. Panel and workshop slots are limited and allocated as institutes confirm, so earlier bookings get first choice of slot.
Is there space for a live demo or portfolio display?
Standard booths fit a table setup; if you need more footprint for a demo or display, mention it in your inquiry and we'll scope it under a Partner Package.
Do we get attendee contact details afterward?
Yes. A list of attendees who visited your booth or opted in is shared with exhibitors after the event, in line with attendees' consent at registration.
What's the deadline to confirm?
Booths are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and space is limited to keep the floor walkable. Given nine institutes are already in, we'd suggest confirming as early as possible.
